The Sonnet xMac Studio / Echo II DV (XMAC-STD-IIDV) integrates Mac Studio rackmounting and dual-slot PCIe expansion in a single 3U professional system.
The 3U enclosure secures a Mac Studio in a standard 19-inch rack while retaining practical access and providing four external USB-A ports on the enclosure.
The included Echo II DV module provides two x16 mechanical, x4 electrical PCIe 3.1 slots. Each slot has its own 40Gbps Thunderbolt interface, allowing two bandwidth-hungry cards to use separate Mac Studio Thunderbolt buses for maximum simultaneous performance.
The module supports two full-length, full-height, single-width Thunderbolt-compatible PCIe cards, making the system suitable for broadcast, video I/O, audio DSP, networking and storage workflows.
A universal 400W power supply is built into the expansion module, with two auxiliary power connections providing up to 75W each for compatible cards that require supplemental power.
