It provides 6TB native / 15TB compressed per cartridge, with native tape throughput up to 300MB/s. Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports support daisy-chaining and device charging, while SAS Host and SAS Expansion ports provide 12Gb SAS connectivity through SFF-8644.

The SymplyPRO DIT XTH - LTO-7 is designed specifically for production and post-production teams that need to ingest removable SSD media and create LTO archive copies from one compact desktop system. Symply combines professional LTO tape hardware with two front 2.5-inch SATA SSD reader bays that also support Atomos Master Caddy workflows.
Two front 2.5-inch SATA SSD reader bays bridge removable SSD media into the Thunderbolt workflow, allowing ingest, verification and tape archive tasks to be handled from a single unit.
Two Thunderbolt 3 ports support daisy-chaining, with one port providing up to 60W charging. Separate SAS Host and SAS Expansion connections use SFF-8644, allowing the unit to work with non-Thunderbolt SAS hosts or attach additional compatible SAS devices.
The half-height LTO-7 mechanism provides 6TB native / 15TB compressed per cartridge and native throughput up to 300MB/s.
The XTH chassis supports one or two half-height tape mechanisms. SymplyCABLELESS allows compatible drives to be removed, serviced or upgraded quickly and provides a straightforward path to adding a second drive.
LTFS support enables file-based tape workflows, while AES-256 hardware encryption and LTO WORM media compatibility support secure long-term retention and offline archive strategies.
The all-metal enclosure includes a premium power supply and active cooling. Dimensions are approximately 30.0 × 21.1 × 13.6cm and weight is approximately 5.6kg.
Symply supplies the system with data and cleaning cartridges, a 2m active Thunderbolt 3 cable, SymplyLOCK and power cable. The product carries a 3-year Advanced Replacement warranty.

Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Symply Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
