YoYotta v4 provides professional media management for camera-card offload, verified copying, indexing, ingest, transcoding and archive workflows on macOS. This product is the three-year base software subscription identified in the Rent a Raid supplier catalogue.
Use MD5 and xxHash checksum verification to check copied media. YoYotta can produce file and job reports in formats including PDF, CSV, ALE and MHL, supporting production data-handling and handover workflows.
YoYotta indexes clips and metadata from camera cards and connected storage, allowing selected files to be located and restored. Transcoding tools support professional camera and post-production formats for subsequent editorial workflows.
A software licence can be installed on one Mac at a time and transferred online between Macs. Once installed, the licensed system can operate without an internet connection. YoYotta v4 does not include LTO tape-drive control, LTO library robotics or the Conform option; these require separately licensed add-ons.
