The Sonnet xMac Studio is a rugged 3U rackmount enclosure that securely integrates one Apple Mac Studio into a standard 19-inch rack while leaving a dedicated bay open for optional Sonnet Thunderbolt-to-PCIe expansion.
A removable front panel provides a dedicated power button, four front USB-A ports and direct access to the Mac Studio’s front ports and SD card slot. The open rear maintains normal cable access and airflow.
Space beneath the computer accommodates two compact Thunderbolt or USB SSDs, while included adjustable rack rails and transport cushions make the enclosure suitable for studios, server rooms and mobile production racks.

The Sonnet xMac Studio (XMAC-STD-0) is the open-bay version of Sonnet's professional 3U Mac Studio rackmount platform. It secures one Mac Studio in a rugged steel enclosure while reserving the adjacent bay for a compatible Echo expansion module that can be added later.
The removable front panel provides easy installation and access to the Mac Studio while firm rubber cushions secure the computer for transport and mobile workflows.
A dedicated front-panel button operates the Mac Studio's rear-mounted power switch. An integrated four-port USB-A hub supports convenient front connection of USB peripherals, while the computer's own front ports and SD card slot remain accessible.
The second bay accepts compatible Sonnet Echo PCIe expansion modules, allowing the enclosure to be upgraded later for professional audio, video, storage and networking cards.
A covered space beneath the Mac Studio can hold two compact Thunderbolt or USB SSDs or other thin bus-powered devices. Sonnet includes two adhesive-backed magnets to help secure compatible drives.
Front ventilation, an enclosed cool-air chamber beneath the computer and a fully open rear support the Mac Studio thermal design. The enclosure is also designed to maintain normal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth operation in most rack configurations.

Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Sonnet Technology Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
