The Sonnet G25E-SFP28-LR is a long-range SFP28 optical transceiver supporting both 25Gb and 10Gb Ethernet connections over single-mode fibre.
The module can operate at 25Gb or 10Gb network speeds with compatible host hardware, making it useful in mixed or transitioning 10/25GbE infrastructures.
Sonnet specifies connection distances up to 10 kilometres using OS2 LC single-mode fibre optical cable, enabling high-speed links between distant equipment locations.
Sonnet lists use with its Twin25G Thunderbolt adapter and Twin25G PCIe card, as well as QNAP switches and storage and Mellanox or Mellanox-compatible switches.

Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Sonnet Technology Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
