HPE product number Q2078A provides 12TB native capacity and up to 30TB compressed capacity using 2.5:1 data compression.
12TB Native Capacity
The cartridge stores 12TB natively and up to 30TB with 2.5:1 compression.
HPE-Published Media Performance
HPE specifies a media read speed of up to 700MB/s for Q2078A when used with compatible LTO hardware.
Barium Ferrite Media
Q2078A uses Barium Ferrite media with 960m of 12.65mm-wide tape, 5.6µm tape thickness and 6,656 data tracks.
Drive Compatibility
HPE lists LTO-8 media as read/write compatible with LTO-8 and LTO-9 drives. It is not compatible with LTO-10 drives.
Encryption And LTFS
HPE LTO-8 media supports tape-device AES-256 encryption and LTFS workflows when used with compatible drives and software.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Delivery Information
Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Hewlett Packard Enterprise Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
