The G-DRIVE ArmorATD 6TB combines portable hard-drive capacity with a rugged enclosure designed for creative work away from the desk. It is bus powered, compact enough for a kit bag and supplied with both USB-C and USB-A host cables.
This 6TB model delivers up to 130MB/s read performance through a USB-C 5Gbps connection, while its aluminium body, protective bumper and tested resistance to shock, rain, dust and crushing loads help protect data during travel and location work.
Rugged Aluminium Construction
A premium anodized aluminium enclosure is combined with internal shock protection and an easy-grip protective bumper for durable everyday handling.
IP54 Rain And Dust Resistance
The enclosure is rated IEC 60529 IP54 based on internal testing. It is tested to withstand water splashing and limited dust contact; the drive must be clean and dry before use.
Shock And Crush Protection
This 6TB version is rated for shock resistance up to 1m on a carpeted concrete floor and crush resistance up to 1000 lbs.
USB-C Connectivity
The USB Type-C connection supports 5Gbps USB operation, is compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 1 and can be connected to Thunderbolt 3 hosts.

Read transfer rates are specified at up to 130MB/s under manufacturer test conditions, helping with routine backup, file transfer and media-library workflows.

G-Drive Delivery Information
Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard G-Drive Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
