The Fujifilm LTO Ultrium Universal Cleaning Cartridge is dedicated cleaning media for compatible LTO Ultrium tape drives rather than a data-storage cartridge.
Fujifilm's current LTO specification lists the Universal Cleaning Cartridge for use with LTO Ultrium generations 1 through 10, although specific firmware revisions may be required for proper operation on some drives.
The cartridge is designed for use across LTO Ultrium 1 through LTO Ultrium 10 drives, providing one cleaning-media format for multiple generations of LTO hardware.
The number of cleaning cycles available from a cartridge depends on the drive manufacturer and model. Fujifilm states a maximum of 50 cleanings, while individual drives may expire the cartridge after fewer uses.
The cleaning cartridge incorporates LTO cartridge memory. Compatible drives use this memory to identify the cleaning cartridge and track how many times it has been used.
When the drive determines that the cartridge has reached its permitted number of uses, it will reject or eject the cleaning cartridge rather than perform another cleaning cycle.
Some LTO drives only accept cleaning media when the drive is requesting a cleaning cycle. Follow the drive manufacturer's cleaning guidance to avoid unnecessary head cleaning.
Fujifilm notes that specific firmware revisions may be required for proper operation, particularly with older LTO hardware. Check the tape-drive or library manufacturer's compatibility guidance where necessary.

Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Fujifilm LTO Tape Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
