SymplySAM is designed to reduce downtime when a serviceable component in a SymplySPARK Desktop 8-Bay system needs attention. Rather than returning the complete RAID system, the matching maintenance kit provides the key replacement parts needed for common field-service operations.
This 48TB kit is capacity-matched to the corresponding SymplySPARK system and includes a 6TB HDD module together with a 400W PSU module and fan module. The components are supplied in a protective transport case so they can be kept ready in a studio, machine room or on location.

Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Symply Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
