The Sonnet DuoModo Single-Module Desktop Expansion Enclosure (manufacturer part number DM-ENC-1M-D) is the compact desktop housing at the heart of Sonnet’s modular DuoModo expansion architecture. It is supplied as an empty enclosure so you can install the compatible Sonnet expansion module that best suits your workflow.
DuoModo is designed around interchangeable enclosures and expansion modules. This single-module desktop enclosure accepts one compatible Sonnet Echo expansion module, allowing the system to be tailored for PCIe card expansion without replacing the enclosure when workflow requirements change.
The enclosure uses a robust aluminium construction intended for professional desktop environments. Sonnet also uses this enclosure platform for its Echo III Desktop expansion system.
At approximately 3.5 inches wide, 16.6 inches deep and 9.1 inches high, the enclosure provides a compact way to house a full-size professional expansion module beside a workstation while keeping the module protected and properly supported.
This SKU is the enclosure only. No Thunderbolt interface, PCIe expansion slots, power supply, storage, computer or expansion module is included. Functional connectivity and PCIe capabilities depend entirely on the compatible Sonnet module installed separately.
Sonnet specifies a two-year product warranty. The enclosure complies with RoHS 3 and IEC 62368-1 / IEC 62368-2 safety requirements.

Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Sonnet Technology Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
