OWC Express 4M2 Ultra – 16TB (SoftRAID License Included) is a four-slot Thunderbolt 5 NVMe RAID solution delivered pre-configured so creative teams can connect and start working immediately.
The enclosure combines all-flash NVMe capacity with SoftRAID-managed redundancy and Thunderbolt 5 bandwidth to accelerate demanding workflows.
Performance
Experience up to 6622MB/s real-world speed over Thunderbolt 5 (80Gb/s). Over Thunderbolt 4 or USB4 (40Gb/s) the array can reach up to 3200MB/s, and on Thunderbolt 3 systems it can reach up to 2800MB/s.
Capacity And Scalability
This SKU ships configured with 16TB of NVMe storage and the enclosure supports up to 32TB in a single unit. Capacity can be expanded up to 128TB as one unified volume by daisy chaining additional Express 4M2 Ultra units.

Four NVMe M.2 slots accept 2242 and 2280 single- or double-sided PCIe 3.0/4.0/5.0 SSDs. RAID 0/1/4/5/10 (1+0)/JBOD configurations are supported via SoftRAID or alternative RAID utilities.

OWC Delivery Information
Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard OWC Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
