The SanDisk Professional PRO-BLADE STATION (SDPM34F-0000-GBABD) is a four-slot desktop enclosure designed to bring the modular PRO-BLADE SSD Mag workflow to a high-throughput workstation.
Install up to four PRO-BLADE SSD Mags and access all four simultaneously. The removable Mag format lets projects move directly between the portable PRO-BLADE TRANSPORT and the desktop STATION without first copying data to another drive.
The STATION provides two Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C ports. Thunderbolt 3 supports a 40Gbps connection, while Sandisk specifies USB-C operation up to 10Gbps. Sandisk lists single-Mag performance up to 3000MB/s read and 2600MB/s write; actual performance varies with host, interface, Mag and workload.
Using four 4TB PRO-BLADE SSD Mags provides up to 16TB of removable solid-state storage while retaining independent access to each installed Mag.
Flow-through active ventilation helps cool installed SSD Mags and maintain high-speed performance during sustained transfers. The specified operating temperature range is 0°C to 35°C.
Load-bearing mounting points allow the enclosure to be incorporated into customised workstation or production-rig installations.
The enclosure measures 180.4 x 133 x 77.6 mm and weighs approximately 1.45 kg before SSD Mags are installed.
