The Angelbird AV PRO CFast MK2 512GB is a professional CFast 2.0 memory card built around a SATA III interface for demanding camera and production workflows.
The exact 512GB model is specified for up to 560MB/s maximum read, 500MB/s maximum write, 550MB/s sustained read and 460MB/s sustained write performance.
Angelbird's Stable Stream technology is designed to maintain consistent read and write behaviour throughout the card's capacity, helping support high-data-rate recording modes in compatible cameras.
The card uses the CFast 2.0 form factor with a SATA III host interface. CFast is physically and electrically different from CFexpress and CompactFlash, so a compatible CFast 2.0 camera or reader is required.
Angelbird specifies temperature monitoring, TRIM, ECC, EMS protection and SMART support, with built-in EDC/ECC data reliability. The card is also designed to resist water, dust, shock, x-ray, magnetic, ESD and overload exposure.
The AV PRO CFast MK2 operates from 0°C to 70°C, stores from -40°C to 85°C and supports 5% to 95% non-condensing operating humidity.
This standard AV PRO CFast model is not intended for ARRI AMIRA or ALEXA Mini cameras; Angelbird specifies the separate AV PRO AR card for those workflows.
Angelbird provides a 3-year limited warranty including free data recovery service when the product is activated within 30 days of purchase.
