OWC Accelsior 8M2 – 64TB Product Overview
The OWC Accelsior 8M2 is a full-height, full-length PCIe 4.0 x16 NVMe storage platform engineered for demanding media, VFX, scientific, AI and high-I/O workflows. This 64TB configuration arrives with eight installed 8TB NVMe M.2 SSDs.
Eight-Lane Storage Architecture
Eight M.2 2280 NVMe slots are connected through an advanced PCIe switch architecture. Each SSD can use up to four lanes while the card presents a full PCIe 4.0 x16 host interface.
Extreme Throughput
OWC specifies performance up to 26,926MB/s on suitable PCIe Gen 4 systems, with actual speed determined by the SSDs, host platform, RAID level and workload.
SoftRAID Management
OWC SoftRAID provides RAID 0, 1, 4, 5 and 10 support, drive and volume monitoring, validation and cross-platform workflow options.
Cooling For Sustained Loads
An aircraft-grade aluminium heatsink and active cooling fan help maintain performance during long transfers, multi-stream video playback and other sustained workloads.
Compatibility
The card can be installed in a compatible PCIe x16 slot in Mac Pro or PC workstations, or used in a suitable Thunderbolt PCIe expansion chassis. PCIe Gen 4 operation with PCIe 4.0 drives requires the appropriate auxiliary power connection.

OWC Delivery Information
Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard OWC Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
