The Sonnet Solo10G SFP+ V2 PCIe Card, part number G10E-SFP-1XN-E3, is a low-profile single-port 10Gb Ethernet adapter for fibre-based high-performance networking.
It is supplied with a short-range SFP+ optical transceiver installed, providing a straightforward path to connect workstations and servers to compatible 10GbE infrastructure.
10 Gigabit SFP+ Connectivity
The card provides one SFP+ network socket and supports 10Gbps and 1Gbps Ethernet operation using compatible SFP+ connectivity.
Short-Range Optical Transceiver Included
Sonnet includes its short-range SFP+ optical transceiver on the card. The compatible Sonnet short-range module supports multimode fibre connections up to 300 metres.
Intel 82599 Controller
The Intel 82599 controller supports flow control, receive-side scaling, multicast filtering and hardware checksum and segmentation offloads to reduce host CPU overhead during demanding network traffic.
Jumbo Frame Support
Maximum packet size is 15,872 bytes, enabling jumbo-frame operation on suitably configured high-performance Ethernet networks.
Low-Profile PCIe Design
Solo10G SFP+ V2 is a low-profile PCIe 2.0 x8 card. Sonnet includes both full-height and low-profile mounting brackets and supports use in compatible Thunderbolt-to-PCIe expansion systems with an x8 or x16 slot.
Current Platform Support
Sonnet currently lists support for compatible Mac Pro systems running macOS 14 or later, Windows 11 and Windows Server 2025, and Linux systems using kernel 6.12 or later.

Sonnet Technology Delivery Information
Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Sonnet Technology Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
