The Angelbird Card Reader PKT CFexpress A is a pocket-sized professional reader for CFexpress Type A media, designed for fast and controlled offloading on location or in post-production.
20Gb/s USB-C Offload
The reader uses a USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 host interface with transfer bandwidth up to 20Gb/s. Actual transfer rates depend on the card, host controller, destination storage and system configuration.
CFexpress Type A Support
The drive interface supports CFexpress 2.0 and CFexpress 4.0 Type A cards, making the reader suitable for current Angelbird Type A media and other industry-standard Type A cards.
Read-Only Protection
An integrated Write-Protect-Switch allows the card to be mounted in read-only mode, helping prevent accidental deletion or formatting while footage is being copied.
Solid Connect
Angelbird's Solid Connect design recesses the USB-C port within the housing to reduce connector movement, protect the connection and minimise cable wear during repeated field use.
Firmware Maintenance
The reader can also be used with Angelbird's firmware update tools for compatible CFexpress Type A media.
Portable And Bus Powered
The aluminium-bodied reader measures approximately 70 x 45.5 x 9.5mm, weighs around 50g and is powered directly from the USB host, requiring no external power supply.

Angelbird Delivery Information
Generally, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on standard Angelbird Delivery orders placed before 2 pm (subject to stock availability).
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between 9 am and 6 pm.
Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays and weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
