The Areca ARC-8050T3U-12E provides high-capacity, hardware RAID storage for professional video editing, data archiving, and multi-stream workflows.
It combines 216TB raw storage from 12 x 18TB enterprise 7200rpm SATA drives with Thunderbolt 3 connectivity for up to 40Gbps transfer speeds.
Hardware Architecture
The system uses a tri-mode dual-core ARM A15 processor at 1.6GHz ROC paired with 8GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM cache featuring ECC protection.
Internal connectivity supports 12 x 12Gb/s SAS or 6Gb/s SATA drives via 12 ports.
Connectivity and Expansion
Dual Thunderbolt 3 ports enable host connection and daisy-chaining of up to six devices, with an additional DisplayPort for 8K 30Hz monitoring.

Areca Technology Delivery Information
In general, next working day delivery services (UK Mainland) are available on Areca equipment orders placed before 2pm (subject to stock availability).
We kindly advise you let us preconfigure each Areca RAID (as RAID5, RAID6 etc), so they arrive properly setup, ready to “plug’n’play”.
This is a free service, and takes 1-2 days prior to shipping.
Non-timed deliveries should be delivered between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and on weekends will be processed as normal the following Monday.
Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
